Lena Mik is an urban planner with over a decade of experience shaping land use policy and regulatory frameworks. At the City of Los Angeles Department of City Planning, she played a central role in the City's multi-year zoning code modernization. Her work specializes in form-based and design-forward zoning systems, hillside and terrain-responsive development standards, and citywide comprehensive planning.

She now works in the private sector as a developer, bringing a practitioner's understanding of entitlement strategy, feasibility, and project delivery.
